Lite Access Technologies Announces Listing on TSX Venture Exchange

December 13, 2016 – Vancouver, British Columbia.  LITE ACCESS TECHNOLOGIES INC. (the “Company”) (CSE: LTE, Pink Sheets: LTCCF), an integrated fibre optic solutions provider, is pleased to advise that its common shares will be listed on the TSX Venture Exchange effective December 14, 2016.  The Company will be listed as a Tier 1 Industrial Issuer under the stock symbol “LTE”.  Effective the close of trading on December 13, 2016, the Company will delist its common shares from the Canadian Securities Exchange.
