David Toyoda:

David is an Associate Counsel at Boughton Law Corporation.  He practices in the areas of corporate and securities law, advising technology, biotechnology and mining companies that are listed, or are preparing to list on, Canadian stock exchanges. He also acts for clients in international securities transactions, including cross-border financings, and has established U.S. markets for Canadian public companies.

David has extensive experience in the corporate finance area, assisting companies on a broad range of transactions, including initial and subsequent public offerings, inter-listings on stock exchanges, private placements of both debt and equity securities and venture capital financings. He also advises already listed companies on reverse takeovers, change of businesses and reactivations, share purchase agreements and asset acquisitions.

David is a frequent presenter and lecturer on corporate and securities law topics.  He is also a Director of four public and two private companies.

Greg Smith:

Mr. Smith is a seasoned capital markets veteran. He has held senior positions in international banking organizations before his transition to private equity with the acquisition of one of the largest HVAC companies in Western Canada.  He was previously a Senior Project Manager for Phillips, Hagar & North and Vice President of International Business for CIBC World Markets in Toronto for 10 years.  Recently, he acquired and now serves as President & Owner of Broadway Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Co Ltd.  He has a MBA from Dalhousie University, is a CFA, and served in an advisory position to multiple private and public ventures, including serving as a Director of Vatic Ventures.

Dylan Griffiths: Director and President of Lite Access UK

In 2006, Mr. Griffiths founded DSG Communications Ltd.  DSG, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lite Access, is a full-service fiber optic infrastructure provider. He has developed a proprietary micro-trenching process that is patent pending and superior to traditional practices.  He is a former British Telecom Engineer with over 25 years of fiber optic experience and is a certified ETA International Installer.

Michael Priest: CCO and Co-Founder Director

Mr. Priest has worked in the telecommunications field for over 28 years.  Prior to co-founding Lite Access in 2005, Mr. Priest held various senior management positions including Vice President of Sales for Teraspan Networks where he managed international sales and was a key contributor to the engineering and design of fibre optic networks.   At Telos Technology, a cellular equipment company, Michael led the International sales team responsible for overseeing all sales activities and negotiating partnerships for clients such as Sprint, Quest and US Cellular.   Over a period of 17 years, Mr. Priest held various positions at Telus/BC Tel including telecommunications installation, network design and senior account executive.  His accomplishments range from installing fibre optic switching equipment to selling entire telecommunication solutions to wireless providers and local access companies (CLEC).  He is a graduate of British Columbia Institute of Technology.  He has completed 50+ telecommunication, engineering and business courses over the past 20 years.  Recently, Mr. Priest completed the Public Companies Course – Financing, Governance and Compliance at Simon Fraser University.

Mike Plotnikoff: CEO Co-Founder and Director

Mr. Plotnikoff brings over 28 years of experience in the Technology and Telecommunications Industry and has held numerous positions within the industry ranging from System Engineer with Northern Telecom to Director of Technical Sales with both BCTel/TELUS and Sprint Canada.  His accomplishments range from engineering and design responsibilities, technical sales, teaching and certification, (Instructor) to leading and coaching successful teams of project managers and technical sales engineers. A graduate of the University of Alberta, The Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and earning numerous Management certifications from Queens School of Business and MIT (Boston), Mr. Plotnikoff has a proven track record of successfully building strong teams that significantly improved revenues and earnings through the development of new markets, products and partnerships on a regional, national and International level.

Scott MacEachern: CFO

Mr. MacEachern is a Chartered Accountant with extensive public company finance experience. The founder of accounting firm LedgerLiberty Solutions Inc., Mr. MacEachern advised and consulted with numerous private and public entities, with responsibilities including providing strategic oversight, managing regulatory compliance, financial statement and tax return preparation, as well as coordination of external audits. Previously in his career, Mr. MacEachern spent several years at Ernst & Young leading audits of companies in the technology, mining, and investment industries.
